    1.       Minimum Members  : 2

    2.       Copy of Aadhar of Settler compulsory

    3.       Copy of any ID and Address Proof of other Trustees

    4.       Photo- 2 of Settler

    5.       Office Address Proof-Rent agreement or NOC from land lord if it is rented

    6.       Ownership Proof-Electricity bill / Water bill / Registry documents of office

    7.       Email Id and Mobile Number of Settler

    Note: Trust Deed will be prepared by us based on your requirement

     Documents Required for Charitable Society  Registration in Delhi

    (A)   State Level Society:

    1.       Minimum Members  : 7

    2.       Copy of ID and Address Proof of members

    3.       List of Governing Body

    4.       Office Address Proof-Rent agreement or NOC from land lord if it is rented

    5.       Ownership Proof-Electricity bill / Water bill / Registry documents of office

    6.       Affidavit by President or General Secretary a s per the format given by dept.

    Note : (1)Society Byelaw shall be prepared by us as per your requirement

    (2) In some offices you have to produce original ID and Address proof for verification at  

    the time of submitting the application

     (B)   All India  Level Society:

    1         Minimum Members  : 8 Members from 8 different states

    2         Copy of ID and Address Proof of members

    3         List of Governing Body

    4         Office Address Proof-Rent agreement or NOC from land lord if it is rented

    5         Ownership Proof-Electricity bill / Water bill / Registry documents of office

    6         Affidavit by President or General Secretary a s per the format given by dept.

    Note : (1)Society Byelaw shall be prepared by us as per your requirement

    (2) In some offices you have to produce original ID and Address proof for verification at  

    the time of submitting the application

 
  • Formation of Electoral Trust:
         CBDT Notified a procedure for grand of approval to an Electoral Trust vide Notification No. 9/2013 [ F.NO.142/20/2012-TPL] dated 31-01-2013

                     Salient Features :
  •         A Company registered under Sec 25 of companies act ,1956 is eligible to make an application for approval as an Electoral Trust.
  • Donors to such Electoral Trust will get 100% tax deduction for their contributions
  •         The Electoral Trust must distribute 95% of their annual contribution to eligible political parties 
  •         Dept barred the Electoral Trust fro accepting Cash contributions.
  •         The Trust cannot accept contributions from foreign individuals (who is not a citizen of india) or foriegn entities
